 Styles and color may vary on items since they are all hand made.

PAYMENT

Cashier Checks or Money Orders:  Items are shipped as soon as payment is received.

Credit Card Orders:  There is a $30.00 minimum order.  Credit cards are accepted through paypal.com

Checks:  Will have to hold check for seven business days  and/or until clears.

Returned Check Policy:  There is a $30.00 service charge for all checks returned by our back for insufficient funds.

RETURNS

If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately within 48 hours after receipt.  This allows us to discuss the problem and figure out the best approach (exchange, credit or refund).  We will not accept any returned items without pre-authorization.  Items must be returned within five business days after authorization with the original sale receipt.  Items returned that have perspiration, stains or damaged in anyway will not be accepted. Shipping cost are non- refundable.  There are no refunds or exchanges on the following items:  Videotapes, Compact Disc,  Audiocassettes,  Makeup,  Henna Kits, Zils,  Shoes or Wigs.  If Videotapes, CDs or Audiocassettes contain a significant manufacturing defect then it will be replaced with an identical undamaged copy.
